In cases where the cause of death is unknown, the deceased is usually transferred by the authorities to the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) for further investigation. Family members will be advised by the police on the necessary procedures and where to report. Our undertaker team will then meet the family and assist with the transfer of the deceased into our care once clearance has been granted.

Our undertakers personally escort the deceased throughout the process and ensure all identification and tagging procedures are completed accurately and respectfully.

For families who prefer not to proceed with embalming, we will make the necessary arrangements according to their wishes and religious requirements.
